You can now link your Rockinsnow account with your facebook account and enjoy a single login for both. 

Rockinsnow is a FREE website designed for the dance community.  

The original site, built more than 10 years ago was created by Tony Snow who has been part of the Rock'n'Roll community in New Zealand for more than 25 years.  Over time the site has been updated and improved by Tony and his daughter Trina who volunteer their time to bring this facility to you.

The features that are available to Clubs, Organistations, Bands, Suppliers to the Dance Community and Dancers are as follows:-

Clubs, Bands and Organisations:

• Event Calender - List your own events
• Profiles - Let the community know who you are, and where to find you.- Links to websites and contact details 
• Newsletters - Upload your newsletters for your members and customers.\
• Maps - Place yourself on our Map system - Great for dancers who go on the road
• Groups - Set up a group for your Club, Band or Organisation and keep your followers in touch with up-to-date Information
• Forums - Can be used for all communication and to let us know what features you would like to see on our site.

Dancers

Although we do not have many dancers registered yet, we do expect this to grow over time and as afore-mentioned this site is FREE to use

• Event Calender - List dance events that may not be listed.
• Profiles - A dancer profile has been developed just for you
• Groups - Use this facility to share information with other dancers in your group - these can be set to private
• Forums - Use this facility to look for a dance partner and for general chat.

Other facilities include:-

• A private message system which you can send a private message to any member 
• Block a member from contacting you - If you really want to
• Search members by  type, location, name and lots more.
• Web links - we have a comprehensive list of dance related links around the world - this is being added to all the time.

You may have noticed that there have been more changes to the site specifically around the Event Calendar.

Again as requested by our users, this needed to be simpler and include an option to add events from external calendars.

We have been asked by many members for the opportunity to place multiple locations on our google maps. You now not only have the ability to do this but this map also appears on your profile.
